KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· 3+ years of increasing management responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
· Bachelor of Science degree in biological field, food science, biology, microbiology, etc.
· Previous experience supervising a team
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and outlook.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and management style.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
